  • We have a simple 7-day exchange policy. In regards to inquiries, please contact us via email, and a customer service representative will respond within 24 hours. No exchange is engaged or entertained beyond 7 days.

  • We will not process a contribution if we receive an item and determine that it has broken our rules.
  • Parcel will not be returned if the tag is missing when it arrives at our warehouse.
  • If you want to exchange a product without a legitimate reason, shipping fees will apply.
